I'm making a mix CD for my ex BF and now good friend. But, he loves this girl. I just want a song that says, "I'm not happy that you're gone, but if she's what you want I won't stand in the way." It can be metal, or alternative... hell I'll even go for country at this point. I just want a song that says this. It's ok if you don't know of any, but in that case tell me some of your favorite break-up songs. Thanks!

My favorite song that I have on replay all the time for this situation is Ani DeFranco's "Untouchable Face". "I could make you happy, if you weren't already...Too bad you had to have a better half. She's not really my type. But I think you two are forever, so f%$ you." Makes me very happy :) You can always go with the standard Taylor Swift Teardrops on My Guitar, though.
