Hand falls asleep when i sleep?

it doesn't matter how i sleep and it still falls sleep, or if my hand is in one position too long it does the same thing.

what would be the reason? is this serious? I'm a 40 year old male, and cholesterol is 200-210.

what can i do to stop the nerve problem?

    Poor circulation...pressing on a nerve...or the beginning of carpal tunnel syndrome

    well I have nerve damage..

    But thas in my leg.

    My hands use to do that

    Still do but its because I sleep

    with my hand folded under my head.

    And also to add you don't know how you sleep when you sleep

    Because YOUR sleeping lol so you could still possibly Just be sleeping

    like your use to!
