I have 36D boobs & am 15, & They like, sag!?

Kay, so I'm 15 & my boobs like, hang/sag a bit, some people say it's because I'm a 36/38 D & it's normal? I don't know , And don't want to ask friends or family! So help please? Thanks.

This is completely normal due to the size and gravity. Bras won't prevent sagging, so don't waste your money buying different kinds of supporting bras. Don't worry about it, there's nothing you can do to reverse sagging other than a breast lift.

My friend is 15 and she is a 36 DD. She is the same way, she wears supporting bras for now but when she is 18 she is hoping for a reduction because of the back problems. Also if you plan on having children that will up your size to bigger, not to mention you're not done growing for another year or so. To answer you Q though yes it is normal it is just a pain in the neck my friend says.

At 15, and that big, NO that is not normal. That is way to big, you will probally have to have a reduction by the time you are 18/21. If you don't have them already, then you have tonssssssssss of back ache waiting for you. I'm 20 with a 2 year old + 6 months pregnant, and I'm in a 36 D. Before my pregnancy I was only in a B

It's probably because they're large. You can prevent further sagging by strengthening your pectoral musles (http://virtualastronaut.tietronix.com/textonly/act... and prevent the appearance of sagging by wearing a good bra! Simple exercises like this: http://www.riversideonline.com/source/images/slide... will strengthen your pecs.

Try getting a bra with support, or a sports bra.
