What to do for my best friends 23rd birthday?
My best friends birthday is coming up at the end of January and I want to plan something for me and her to do. I looked up a spa day and it is way out of my price range. What kind of ideas for me to plan for her? She is a mother of 2 and really has no time to get out. Thank you for all of your suggestions!

Since your best friend is a mother of 2 and you are on a strict budget you could do 1 or more of the following:
- Take her and her kids out to a nice dinner, take them to the park to chill while you guys catch up and finally back to your house to enjoy cake and ice cream
- You could pamper her yourself. Give her a facial and take her to the nail salon while you arrange for her kids to go to a babysitter (ie, relative, etc..)
- Or you could do the ordinary, give her balloons and cake and ice cream. Sing "Happy Birthday" and call it a night.

Hire a babysitter.
spa day is a great idea, but you don't have to go to the most expensive place in town. look around ask around you neighborhood/town/city
