Can people demand refunds on Amazon?
I sold a textbook on Amazon, and i described the exact condition it was in. Apparently, the buyer (who only bought my book to sell it) claims there to be water damage and is demanding a refund WITH shipping or else they threatened to do an A-Z claim thing.
They should know that damage to the book due to shipping is a risk they take for buying online, especially during a week where it was raining. However, I packaged it incredibly well, so the book would've had to be drenched to be as bad as they make it out to be.
How do I resolve this without issuing a refund?

if you are the seller you do not have to refund all of the money it is up to you to refund all of money or partial means shipping included or not included . i know this because i sell on amazon and i never ever give shipping back . anytime you buy online and want to return it 99.9% of the time you always eat the shipping even if it is a big company also beware of scams on there alot of people just try to get there money back hoping you will be afraid and send the refund right away and they will never return item and make more money yet them selves ive had that scam try ed on me but i was smarter and never give into it . hop fully this helps
