Should I tell him or not ?

So theres this guy i go to school with. hes super sweet respectful and the mr.right ive been looking for haha. well we have been talking alot getting to know each other over our christmas break. we are suppose to hang out sometime. i like him alot but i don't know if he feels the same for me. i know he likes someone but i never asked who it was. he also wants a girlfriend but during the summer to focus on baseball and school which im helping him with when he needs it. so should i tell him how i feel about him or just keep it to myself and let my feelings fade to keep a friendship going ??? im open to any advice given Thanks lotz LOVE NINA :)
