Who would benefit the most and who wont on the new health care bill?

The Federal Government. Because they will gain massive power and control of what should be a private sector. They have their foot in the door, watch all the new programs and taxes which will be slammed down our throats next year.

Only time will tell, but so far it has been a downward spiral.

They could've reformed and regulated the existing system...

The people who would benifit the most are those that are uninsured and don't work, the american taxpayer will foot thier bill, fact. The people who will suffer the most are the elderly who worked and payed taxes up until retirement and now will have thier benifits cut, unless they are lucky enough to live in a state in which thier senators made deals for thier vote, fact.

Almost all Americans will benefit under the bill. Those who do not are those who do not want to get insurance. And the insurance companies of course as they will no longer be able to use death panels to deny care to those they are meant to cover.

FACT - the chance of a child under five of dying in the USA is greater than industrialised nations with universal health coverage [d]

FACT - Obama was elected by the American people to bring in change [e]

FACT - Obama wants to stop insurance companies screwing the American people [f]

FACT - The reforms Obama wants work in the Netherlands and in Switzerland [g]
