What type of dog is cheaper and easier to care for? Maltese or Yorkie? (=?

If you're considering getting a dog, your first concern should not be the cost.

If this is a playing a large role in the decision making, please don't get a dog. Every dog is expensive, not matter what. Each breed has it's own health problems. And please remember that it is a felony to refuse veterinary care for your pet.
