Where can I buy Mod Podge in Hong Kong?
I live in Hong Kong and I recently started scrapbooking. :P So I was wondering whether I could buy it in Hong Kong (BTW it's in China) or buy it online or is there an alternative to it?
Thanks.
Okay maybe I should rephrase. Umm, not really scrapbooking, more "decorating things". Lol

"ModPodge" is just one brand of "decoupage medium." It comes in various lines but basically it's just a permanent "white glue" that's been thinned with water about 3 or 4 to 1 to make it brushable and thin enough to dry very clear.
There are many brands of "decoupage medium" though... not sure which are available in your area, but sure there are many at your craft or art supply stores. Many people just use a permanent white glue (like Elmers GlueAll in this country, or permanent Fevicol I think, etc.) and thin it down themselves rather than buying a "decoupage medium."
Not sure why you'd need or want decoupage medium though for *scrapbooking* unless you just wanted to seal something that might otherwise bleed, or come apart, etc. White glues can tend to get a little tacky sometimes, especially with humidity, so seems like things they're applied to might stick to the facing pages when the scrapbook was closed (?).
There are other mediums that dry clear besides permanent white glues though if you want so seal or to give a glossy surface to something... like a clear polyurethane, spray artist's fixative, "acrylic medium" (glossy), or plastic films like laminations, self-adhesive clear sheets, etc.
(Here are some links on doing decoupage though that should help you understand what ModPodge is usually used for, and what decoupage is in general:
