My Motherboard's USB not working!?

Even I plug a PCI usb hub my motherboard is still not working and shuting down!

Motherboard is Elitegroup p4m800-m

Update:

My Motherboard all onboard USBs are dead. Then I installed a USB Hub! But if I plug anything while the PC is working the computer is shutting down.

If I plug anything on to the usb while the pc is OFF and after it's not booting!

Do not use the onboard USB you could damage your MB. It does not sound good that your computer is shutting down.

The prongs are indented, its hard to pull them out again, there is also a voltage overload problem, but that doesn't "always" happen. The southbridge might be fritzy. You can get a usb hub.
