How to change image resolution in iphoto?

I am trying to upload photos to a store, however it tells me that some are low resolution. I took them on a normal camera, have exported them from iphoto at the maximum quality, yet it is still telling me this. Any suggestions?

What settings are you using for picture quality on your camera? It should be set for the highest quality. What size prints are you trying to get? What is the size of the files you are trying to upload? In iPhoto, click on Photos then Extended Photo Information to see the actual size of your photo. Then look at the chart on this page to give you an idea of print sizes you can make.

    3 simple ways.

    1. Change it IN camera. To a low, medium, or high resolution.

    2. Crop your photo. This will change the (megapixel) size.

    3. Use photoshop. When saving the photo it will ask for a resolution size. (quality)

    Good Luck

For the best answers, search on this site https://shorturl.im/awAay

dpi is a function of display, not actual image resolution. If you look at the actual pixels your image is wide and high, I think you will see it does not change.
