Me too! I eat beets for iron.
Fresh beets are good. But I get the ones that come in a can. I put italian dressing on them. YUM!

According to www.foodpyramid.com, foods with sources of Vitamin D are: oily fish, liver, egg yolk, milk (and don't forget getting some sunlight is the best source that produces vitamin d naturally in your body).
Foods with iron: red meats, beef liver, eggs, fish, chicken, flour and cereal products, potatoes, parsley, spinach, broccoli, green beans, tomato juice, tofu, clams, shrimp, banana, peach
Those are the main foods you might want to try (since you don't like meat or fish, maybe replace with eggs?). You can search online what items have the most content of iron or vitamin D. There are lots of sources out there.
Hope that helps narrow down.
