    That would be "changement d'humeur". ("Humeur" = mood, not to be confused with "humour", which of course means "humor".) There's something else which conveys something similar: les états d'âme. That roughly translates to "emotional states", i.e. how a person is feeling in that moment, but "changement d'humeur" is probably preferable.
