Is it illegal for minors to buy flavoring for alcohol?

cant go into a liquor store, so get it at wal-mart, its just like a minor buying a non-alcoholic beverage, like a non-alcoholic strawberry daqueri or pina kolada or however you spell it. to answer, yes you can buy flavoring so you can mix it on your own....your so bad.

Not as long as there is no alcohol in the flavoring. It is, however, suspicious, and with current draconian punishments for clerks who sell the wrong things to minors, it is very likely that a clerk will refuse to sell such an item to a minor.
