Why do i only have sleep paralysis when i sleep on my back?
I hatteee sleep paralysis....&& I only get it when i sleep on my back. But i've slept on my stomach and my side for like 4 or 5 months so i could avoid SP and it's starting to not be comfortable anymore. And now the only comfortable position for me to sleep in is on my back, but literally every single time i sleep on my back i have a SP problem. Why is it that it only happens when you sleep on your back??

There is an article writen on sleep paralysis but it is a bit paranormal. Still, no harm exploring.
