the sound doesn't work on my computer?

there is no sound whatsoever on my computer is there something i can download that can reinstall all the working sounds on my computer?

    Run windows update often this can yield at least some sort of driver for your device. Also check the windows device manager Start> right click on my computer> Properties> Device manager> look under sound video and game controllers to see if there is an exclamation mark If not than that means that either your device in the computers eyes is working fine or is not connected

    yes go to your computers website and download the drivers for sound

    Find out who makes your soundcard, and go to their website and download new drivers. Also, make sure your computer is not on "mute." Start by going to your PC manufacturer's website and looking there. You can find out your motherboard manufacturer by downloading CPUZ.
