Why my mom want let me get xbox live.?

well xbox live isn't thee ideal environment for an 11 year-old kid. I mean I'm not one to say kids aren't equal. BUT I play on xbox live quite a bit and can tell you from experience there's some pretty wretched and foul things being said haha I've said MANY MANY terrible things to people, whether it was sexist, racist or just downright dirty haha. Your mom is trying to be a good parent. Just get a ps3 its free online play. Or just get it yourself. All you do it go to a store drop $25 and you got yourself xbox live for a month. You don't need an adult to play xbox live.

Ha Dude i got xbox live when i turned 11 , tell your mom to got to privacy settings on the xbox 360 and she can pick how long you play on xbox live , she can pick who you can talk to., she can set all the restrictions for you as well as if you can download M rated gaes or R rated movies

You can either convince your mom that you are mature enough to handle online gaming with other individuals, or you can buy subscription cards from your nearby supermarket, wall-mart, game stop, etc. to use for xbox live. You could get your hands on someone's credit card, and use that.

well tell her it isnt bad because you can make it were you cant have friends talk to people or have any contact with any players you can do that in the family settings on the main menu but if you get it its really fun it changes the way you play xbox

Trust me u do not want to get xbox live literally one time I was talking to this guy and for some reason he wanted my address so I gave it to him while I was asleep that night I woke up to find him standing over my bed hevily breathing he grabbed mE then gaged me then stuck his finger up my butt for an hour then left

she probably won't let you get it because you don't even know the difference between want and won't. you should spend more time educating yourself instead of sitting in front of the tv rotting your brain out. who knows? she might even reward you with an xbox if you can somehow prove to her that you aren't a complete moron. too harsh?

hey this is what i did all u do is buy one from the store and when it runs out buy another at the store i know it costs more but you dont have 2 pay monthly. tell her that and she might lighten up because now you can buy it when you have the money to pay for it good luck.
