help!!!!!! im afraid. bad symptoms of birth control?
ok 3 days ago i started taking birth control and now im getting really bad symptoms. i really want to stop taking them now. should i just stop taking them all together? and i never had unpretected sex while yet so no pregnancy right? if i stop now will i miss my period? heeeeeeeeelllp!!! im sixteen btw.

it takes months for the symptoms to lessen...at least for me it did.
I'm on YAZ and at first I experienced nausea which can be fixed with eating a nice meal before taking your birth control or taking your birth control at night.
I also experienced cramping and mood swings but those went away eventually as well.
All things need time.
What birth control does is that it messes with your hormones so for awhile your body is going to be acting/feeling weird but you should be fine.
Just in case though talk to your doctor.
