Why do I get the chills when I bite down on a really crunchy piece of popcorn?
I'm not allergic, but for some reason crunchy popcorn always gives me a little chill whenever I eat it. I also have photic sneeze reflex (sneezing in bright sunlight.) Maybe they're related?

It might have something to do with the crunchy popcorn causing some mildly unpleasant vibrations in your skull. Bite down on a piece of ice and you can see your vision shaking a little. Same but lesser effect, maybe?
