what can a 1 yr old drink?

My son just turned the big 1 on the 10th and I was wondering what else can he drink besides the juices and whole milk? I know lemonade has a lot of sugar in it but if I water it down can he have it> What about orange juice? I feel like the only options he has is apple juice, pear juice and all the those kinds of juices but what about the juices from Tropicana or Dole? What does your 1 year old drink?

I give mine mostly water. I also give her apple juice and juice boxes (including citrus)... Soy, rice, and almond milk... Sometimes whole milk, but too much dairy creates a lot of mucus. Just whatever is around that doesn't have added sugar and is natural.

How about water?  A one year old doesn't need juice.  It's empty calories and loaded with sugar.

yeah they should be fine with anything by now, I just water down the juice just a bit before feeding them, but thats me and I still do that for my juice.
