Re-coordinate mouse cursor?
My mouse cursor seems to be a little off sometimes, is there a website or system setting that can re-align my cursor 100%? I've been to the control panel and mouse properties and there's nothing there that solved my issue so please don't suggest that.
Yeah just the tip doesn't seem to be in the hot spot, I just have my cursor set as the windows system scheme black. I've tried a few different windows cursors but they all have the same problem it seems like. Maybe it's just me I don't know. Can an optical mouse be cleaned internally to make it work better?

you mean the tip of the arrow isn't the hot spot? or you mean that the cursor moves funny?
if it is latter, then try cleaning the mouse. If the former, then any of the custom cursor programs will allow you to use an alternate cursor that looks just like yours with a different hotspot.
