    Brain cancer can be of two main types. It can be primary---meaning it started in the brain---or it can be secondary----meaning it started somewhere else and metastases (got carried) to the brain.Each kind has many many different subgroups that help us determine treatment and survival. We need more information to help answer your question.

    Depends on the type. some are slow growing and can be treated or removed other are more aggressibe (gliomoblastoma multiforme is the worst type)
