She likes you! Since the beginning of time boys and girls have been hitting each other, stepping on feet, poking, etc. when we like each other. We don't know what else to do at this stage and coming right out and saying we like someone and risking rejection just ain't gonna happen.:) Good luck!

If she is smiling, she likes your company. If she is poking you, she is mildly flirting or wanting to touch you, or both. If she is stepping on your feet she wants you to notice her. I realize we girls tend to be too subtle, but notice her man! notice her! Try just deepening the friendship, asking her to sit with you in class or at lunch. Buy her a soda. give her a candy bar "just cuz." See if she gets more obvious in her flirtatious ways.
