How do i program my dish network remote to control the volume/power on my tv?

I just got a new TV and i'm wondering how to make the DIsh Network remote contorl the volume and power? Anyone know?

    I'm very surprised that Dish Network doesn't want to help you with programming THEIR remote contorl for your TV.
