Basically, the best way to get rid of them is take 2 Advil and heat up some sort of water bag

if you don't have one of these, grab a bottle ( of water, or an empty bottle ) and warm up warm warm water, place it on the place with most discomfort, and tell her to sort of roll up in a ball.

    its what i do.

but than again everybody is different when it comes to menstrual pains

Eat a lot of cinnamon on your cycle. Eating oregano (on pizza, or anything It will relieve major cramps and use a heating pad. The week before your cycle comes on, take a doctor recommended pain reliever. This will definitely cut down on the pain and suffering.

Bananas really help with cramps and aching of your lower back. Midol, water, hot drinks, and a hot pack where you cramps are help too!

    midol... and drinking something warm.

the cramps happen because of the cold in her tummi.

have her drink some tea and put a warm towel around her tummi and dont let her wal bare foot.

Okay i dont know if it will work but it works for me!

tell her to lay flat and put her legs higher than the rest of her body and give it a few minutes and it should work! good luck (:
