If I lost 120 lbs, would I have flabby skin?

I weigh 255 now and I want to start eating 6 small meals a day and exercising for 1 hour a day. I want to get down to 135lbs. I'm 18 years old, and 5'6", if that matters. I've had one person tell me that if I lost that much weight I would possibly not have flab because I'm still so young and my skin would tighten up, is that true?

depends on how much wieght your loosing a day or week. loosing to much wieght at once and not giving your body recovery time can lead to loose flabby skin. just make it a goal to loose 2 pounds a week. any more and that would be to much for your body to handle

Unless you lose it slowly most likely you will have a lot of excess skin left, but if you can get surgery this is no problem.

The faster you lose the weight the more excess skin there will be because the skin has been streched for so long that it needs to re-tighten and adjust

Well if it isn't true, you can just lift weights after to tone your arms and do some running for your legs, sit ups for your stomach. That is only IF it doesn't turn out to be true. But because you are younger, it should tighten up. Good Luck on your journey :)
