How do I get a Class C Misdemeanor off my record?
I pleaded no contest to a Class C Misdemeanor (disorderly conduct) just over 5 years ago. I paid a $50 dollar fee and did 10 hours of community service. Does this stay on my record forever? If it comes off, when? If it doesn't come off, is there a way that I can appeal to get it removed? Thanks all.

The best ones to answer the question would be the Police dept where the offense was reported and filed and or the clerk of the court might also know.

I am not completely sure of how it works in your state, but you can legally have it removed after a certain amount of time. Usually around 5 years maybe less for misdemeanors..
