Are cysts fatal/life-threatening?
Just want to know. Oh, are those cysts that grow on the face fatal as well?

No, not generally. What I mean is that this depends on the location of the cyst. If it were in the brain it may be life threatening even though benign. I have had various cysts all my life and am now 67.
If they give pain, or interfere with you normal activies of life ask a doctor. It would not hurt to ask one anyhow to give you greater peace of mind. It is impossible to fully evaluate you online of course. Your facial cysts most likely are not life threatening, but probably you do not like how you look. Go see a doctor if they annoy you very much, those can most likely be removed on an out patient basis.
