Why is Mayweather scared of Pacquiao?

Didn't Pacquiao readily agree to blood testing right after the fight, and blood testing 30 days before the fight? A test right after the fight will show if Pacquiao was taking anything. Within those 30 days Pac agreed to random urine testing. This shows that Pacquiao will comply to drug testing. Floyd knew that Pac was uncomfortable with drawing blood before the fight, Pac believes that drawing blood saps his strength (Y'know, growing up poor doesn't make you a smart person, but hey that is Pac's right to believe so). Floyd's team is knowingly sabotaging Pac's reputation by forcing him to agree to unnecessary tests, while finding a way to get out of it. Floyd is simply playing dirty.

Since Mayweather just making excuses to be able to get out of the fight, since he already knew he will LOSE...

Probably next, Mayweather would say Pacquiao need to speak grammatically correct English before the fight can take place.

Yep! He wanted to fight with 10oz gloves then he wanted some ''wiggle'' room at 147lbs! he agrees to fight manny on March 13(too soon if you ask me) thinking pac-man will say no. Now this truly ducking a fighter at it's finest.

He is finding some excuses to get out of the fight.

Actually it's Pacquiao is the one that wants to walk if he has to give blood. I don't think Manny is on anything, but it doesn't look good that he refuses a blood test. I think Mayweather's team released to the press to get added pressure to take the test.
