The show begins with GM Rocky was seen backstage with Assistant GM Tiffany as Tiffany says welcome back SIR! but Rocky interrupts what do you mean by that its my show so don't be a annoying babe anyway anyway who are the people who has qualified for RR Tiffany replies well Sonjay Dutt,Billy Kidman and Vance Archer has qualified for RR suddenly GM Rocky shouts how in the world Vance Archer qualified Tiffany says well sir you told me to announce that Vance is going to RR directly as Rocky says what? i was just joking around and you thought i was serious? you are trying to blame me for your mistakes you ruined all my mood today is birthday and what i got was just a annoying Assistant like you Tiffany as Tiffany says sorry sir plz give me one more chance as Rocky calms down and says well i am giving you a final chance you want to make me happy then go out and be prepared because you are competing in a Bikini Contest up next Tiffany looks surprised and says in a BIKINI CONTEST? Rocky yes so now get out of here

Billy Kidman comes out and says finally i am going to RR and after winning the RR match i am going to headline Wrestlemania but suddenly a music hits and GM Rocky appears and says Billy first of all congrats on winning a spot in the 30-men RR match but before you make any decisions i have a deal for you Kidman asks whats that? Rocky well as you know that at RR its going to be 30-men and its going to be really hard for you to survive so here is a contract and there is written that if you sign this contract then you will automatically be the no.1 contender of FCW Heavyweight Title but there is one more condition if you sign this contract you will lose your spot in the RR match so whats your decision? after thinking for sometime Kidman claims yes i am signing it as Kidman wastes no time and signs the contract without reading it and Rocky claims now Billy you are the official no.1 contender also Rocky claims up next we are going to have a Birthday Bash Battle Royal and the winner will recieve a spot in the RR match

TWA Slammy Award winner and FCW Heavyweight champion Drew McIntyre comes out with his title belt and Slammy Award and says well all the people must be thinking that i came to FCW just few weeks ago and now i am the most successful superstar in TWA i won the Breakout Star of the year because i am superior then anyone else in TWA but last week i demanded some competition but what i got was just a trash like Vance Archer so again i am demanding some tough competition here on FCW as suddenly out of nowhere Vance Archer enters the ring and starts to beat McIntyre but soon TWA Officials and GM Rocky comes out and stops them as Rocky shouts its enough i am tired of this you guys want competition you got it on the 1st show of FCW in 2010 McIntyre you will defend you title against Archer as suddenly Billy Kidman comes out and says what is this going on i mean i am the no.1 contender then i deserve a title shot first not him as Rocky laughs and says Kidman you are such a fool man i double-crossed you just like i did to Bryan Danielson 2 weeks ago you signed the contract for a fatal four way match it means you are not the only person who is going to fought for FCW Title as Rocky claims Archer you too have lost you spot from RR because it was a mistake made by my Assistant Tiffany as Archer gets frustrated and asks what you can't do that to me as Rocky says i can i can Vance but for now i should tell McIntyre that from 2 weeks from now he is going to defend his title against 3 competitors and those are Billy Kidman,Vance Archer and Black Reign yes its a FATAL FOUR WAY!!! and its on
