I am having my wedding June 26, 2010. Any suggestions for a menu or food that I should have my caterer serve?

    Main course- beef with mushroom sauce

    lasagna

    vegetables

    fish

    appetizers- nachos

    Ceasar salads and fruit/ ice cream

    Ice tea and water

    It really depends on what kind of service you want. Buffet style? Plated dinners? Appetizers?
