Why is everyone hating on Tiger Woods?

I'm not hating on him. I'm a woman and I can empathize with Elin. If a man ever did that to me, I think I'd cut his n**s off. Maybe I wouldn't go that far but I would be pissed. Yes, his sponsors left him. They didn't want to lose money because people were going to stop buying whatever he was advertising. That's all they really care about. The money. Most of them cheat on their wives too.

You don't know her. She seems to be a private person. I didn't even know her name. Actually, I didn't know he was still married. I heard that he was leaving her in 2007. Weren't they separated? Anyways, it's his life. The man can still play golf. Do you know how hard it is to get that damn ball into that hole? He does it from 200 feet away! He is gifted. There is no doubting that. I think he has a problem and he has acknowledge the fact that he made a mistake. I think it's time for the press to move on.

I agree with you. It's his private life and it's really unprofessional of the sponsors to do it. Tiger made one huge mistake - that he got married in the first place. Some people are not cut out for marriage. His wife should have known that she can't have a guy like him all for herself. It's not like he turned into a playboy overnight, he must have been one all the time! Serves her right when she was so naive to think he would change.

I think it is just that, unfortunately, the people that go around hating are just very vocal. I think there are millions of people that think this whole episode is just sad and unfortunate and would like to someday see Tiger return to what he does best - Golf ! It is just that the many people who feel compassion for Tiger don't go around yelling like the haters do, so you don't hear from the kind people as much as we should. Maybe they should start yelling too...

He is an awesome golfer and I think that even though he's done bad things, he should just apologize and the others try to forgive him. Because everybody makes mistakes, he's not a superhero, he's just a normal guy. But in this world, it's all about the image, all about the looks, the appearance. I hate that too but he isn't really loved by the audience anymore, sponsors can't sell his image anymore. So they pushed him away. This is how the world works, amazing right ?

He cheated on his wife with 16 different women and Elin is the witch? Tiger is a complete scumbag for what he did to his wife and companies don't want someone like that to be the face of their product. Elin isn't after money. She was reluctant to even DATE him because she didn't want to seem like a gold digger. She's a Swedish model, she doesn't need Tiger.
