Snowblowers on Grass?

are snowblowers harmful to grass? If i were to snowblow my lawn, would it eat up the grass, or in anyway damage it?

I use my blower all the time to clear a path from my house to my garage. The area I plow is grass and I have never damaged it. Just be careful and go slow and your grass will be fine.

Agreed, feel free. Make sure you're not "cutting" the grass with the snowblower or digging dirt with it and you'll be just fine.
