A lot of people believe that dreams are a way for you to work out problems that you're having in your life. The holidays are a difficult time, and it's normal for old hurts to get stirred up. It might help you to talk to someone about how you're feeling. There are regular support groups, on line support groups, and individual counseling; any of which might be a good idea for you to try. Taking care of the source of your problem (the grief and loss) might help alter the course of your dreams.
