Does uploading speed affects downloading speed (Torrent)?
I don't have active downloading files in my torrent client (bittorent), I am only uploading files.
1) Why some files are still being downloaded with 0.5 or 0.1 kbps?
2) Why does internet speed slows down? Internet (http) becomes way, way slower when I upload files in bittorent.

It does affect your internet speed because when downloading you need to upload certain certificates sometimes, so when you have stuff uploading, you can hold up your downloading capabilities.
