How much do I give personal providers caring for my mom with Alzheimer's?

Thease folks put in about 6 hrs a day - there is a primary provider and 5 others who help her to various degress. I've heard anywhere from a gift card to nothing - suggestions?

    You could try giving them a gift card. Once my mom bought some waitress a Sees candy gift card, so you could do something like that.
