Ever ordered from Skinit.com? I have a question about it!?

I recently ordered a skin from skinit.com. It said it would take 2-5 business days to get here. I ordered it last tuesday, today is wednesday. It has been 8 days (5 business days). They said they would e-mail me when they started printing it and when they shipped it. I got the e-mail that said they printed it, but I haven't received one that said they shipped it. Are they slow because of the holidays, or did they mess up or forget my order? Please help
