Should we try this to do away with "Racist" cops in Black areas?
I say have ALL cops in Black areas be Affirmative Action cops in those areas, along with Fire Fighters. Let's see how that works out.

How about get blacks to stop offending at 10 times their quota.

Affirmative Action is racism. I love how people think it is okay to discriminate as long as it is not their race that is getting discriminated against. When I am in charge we will judge people solely by their merits, not the non-important traits like race............that will be a very long time in coming. Until then there is no predetermining that a white Officer will discriminate against a black person or vice verse.
By the way, I have worked the projects. I am a white guy and have had black tenants tell me that they would rather have me to deal with then a black Officer because they know me and believed they would get a fair shake from me instead of an "Uncle Tom."

You can call cops racist all you want. Racist cops DON'T cause people to commit crimes.....and you cannot solve that problem by changing who is a police officer in a certain area. Maybe you should realize that if you have an all black area, that black people are going to be arrested in that area.

I think your question implies bias on your behalf...what are "Black" areas? In my experience people were free to move about as they wish. There are areas that have a large minority population, but I have yet to come across and area that was "Black". Secondly - "Affirmative Action cops"? Police departments try to hire a broad spectrum of people that represent the population they serve, but they can't hire minorities if they don't apply. You simply can't stand on the corner and hire the first minority you see.
I suggest that you go back to school for grammar and let's see how that works out...

It has been my experience that there are more racists in the black communities than there are racist cops on the force. Police work is reactive, not proactive. The officer is trained to react to his surroundings, not cause a reaction. We are trained to act one level above what we encounter, no matter the race of the subject. Black, white, or green, if I encounter hostility, I will meet it one level higher to maintain control of the situation. My advice to anyone coming into contact with law enforcement: "Don't start nothin' and there won't be nothin."

Prove they are racist and not simply responding to their surroundings first.

Your incorrect grammar and capitalization's tell me that you need to focus more on school and less on the local police breathing down your neck.

if you are not doing anything wrong, you have nothing to worry about.
