Overall I have a skinny short body. I'm a swimmer so I'm fit and muscular. But my belly sticks out. I want to know how to lose that belly fat. What should I do?

any cardio...
stay away from diet pills and other gimmicks.
look up a good cardio schedule and stick to it. try mixing in different things like rowing, running, eliptical, and bikes.
be patient though. it can take some time.

So many solutions... dude you are very younger. Don't say that "I am a scholar so I do not get time for something". You have always. Eat something you desire to. Just move external in night and play a few outside video games. Specially Football, Badminton, Cricket and many others and many others. Play up to you'll be able to. Play soccer every day for an hour or 2 and you'll be able to see the alterations.
