How long dos it take 4 them to make a episode of bleach?

7 days to create each episode (not including the script making, that may be done before and some other things) + 1 day to put it on the internet (it doesn't mean 8 days, it means every Tuesday it may be aired in Japan and every Wednesday it may be already translated and subbed, but it depends on fansub)

well, there have many artists, and they have to draw it, right?

then they have to colour it, edit it, check it, voice it, edit it some more, add music to it etc etc...

just for that one eps... so really, its a long process....

but with bleach, they've probly done up to eps 60+, its the airing which takes up time, coz they have to check it, edit it etc etc...

and if its on the net and broadcast of tv, the website and tv company has to have permission to air it....
