My leopard Gecko can't open one eye?

she was having trouble shedding the skin off one of the eys last time she was shedding.. could that be the reason?

    That is very likely the reason, and she most definitely needs to see a vet. If the eye stays closed for to long it can get infected and she can lose her eye. If she is having trouble shedding let her crawl around in a damp pillowcase. It will help loosen up and pull off the skin.

    They are nocturnal which means they sleep during the day. And are awake at night.
