How do you have a three way or more chat on Yahoo messenger?

Click on "Actions" at the top of the Messenger Window.
Click on "Invite to Conference".
Click on each Contact and then click on "Add".
Click on "Invite" at the bottom when you have finished.
There is is an option to "Invite Other" which can be used for someone who is not on your Messenger List.
