White Chocolate Peppermint back? help!?
So i decided to make White chocolate peppermint bark for christmas this year and in all the recipes i found it did not say what kind of white chocolate, it just says how much you need.
Well i went to Walmart at like 1 am last night and i picked up the Nestle Premier White morsels. Which i have looked up and some people actually use. But i was watching a Video on how to make it and they said NOT to use the Nestle Premier White Morsels & to use high end white chocolate like ghirardelli white chocolate bars.
I was wondering has anyone used the Nestle Premier White Morsels to make the peppermint bark?
and did it turn out good?
also, please give me any advise that you think i should know!
thank you!

go with the morsels, you'll be fine. I could tell you to use Godiva chocolate and only use peppermint that was picked from the Garden of Eden, but it wouldn't make any difference. The trick with any candy making is complete control of your heat. If you know what you're doing, you won't notice any difference in the morsels or the top of the line stuff. Merry Christmas!
