poem that i have written whatcha think?

never write poems this is actually my first but i just felt like writing one, just to vent my frustrations. im not finished with it just wondering if its good so far.

life is so miserable when your living in your own misery/

give me my drug so i cover up this unsolved mystery/,

maybe that's it, i have to much **** bottled up inside/

if only i can express it then people might understand

why/ im not that sad kid with a knife anymore

/ im a kid that has a dream and is ready to take on the world/

But sometimes it's too hard and i can't take it no more/

wish to god to take my life and make me reborn/

... but that's just a part of life that you have to endure/

the one's who overcome it are the one's reborn

also this poem is meant to represent the darkside of my life but also that there is a glimpse of hope and prosperity the second half of this poem will be more uplifting.

also the knife in the poem doesnt represent me cutting myself, it a metaphor that represents the self inflicting damage i have put upon myself, but i also used a knife and robbed a store 4 years ago and im 20 now, so it partly has to do with that too. That im not the same kid with the knife.
