Does anyone know the funny text message forward about the government shipping out retards for the new year?

It says something like strap on your helmet and run little buddy

Btw My best friends mom is a mentally retarded teacher and i don't use the word "retard" the text was just funny so please don't leave any mean comments about me being mean: )

    Today, I received my passport in the mail. They got my birthdate wrong. Then I picked up my birth certificate that I had sent in with the application. Turns out my parents have been celebrating my birthday on the wrong day for 16 years.

    Nope. My cell phone has been shut off for about 5 months to save money. Not that I mind.
