Can one punch to the jaw kill somebody?
One straight punch to the jaw, full strength. By some fluke could that kill somebody? Lets say the blow was coming from somebody around 6'0 weighing 185

It's highly unlikely. But the unconscious person can hit his head on the concrete, which is more likely to kill a person. The bigger they are, the harder they fall.

Without a preexisting condition? The chances are slim and none, however in combat sports there is a risk for death and severe injury. The brain could hemorrhage or the neck could break...again, I'll say unlikely but it's possible.
PS: I'm saying this assuming you mean same weight class and both boxers are in fighting condition; going into a fight not properly trained greatly increases the risk of major injury or death.

Yes it could, definitely. Depends on the receiver's constitution, though. If the person is tiny and light, the punch is more likely to have a severe effect. If he's a pro boxer with a neck like a bull.... not so much
