airbags on a 2001 F250 not deploying?
if you were in a side impact in a 2001 F250 POWERSTROKE, should both the driver and passenger airbags go off.

Driver and passsenger side air bags are for frontal collision.
SO your answer is "No" " the air bags do not go off upon a side impact.

Not sure, my belief was that they go off in a frontal collision as that is where the sensors are up front somewhere, have you asked the service department at the Ford dealership? Have you seen anything in the owners manual?

seen people driving alone, seat belt being worn, wreck, opposite side deploys because seat belt wasn't hooked

if you hit something hard enough yes both should unless passenger one is turned off
depends on impact and if they working at all
