People will sue for just about anything becuase they are idiots and assholes.

I have been on the other side of two extremely frivilous law suits.

    1. I was invloved in a hit and run vechile vs. pedestrian accident. As the pedestrian. The woman was making an illegal turn through a crosswalk and hit me and took off. I filed charges, she turned around and attempted to sue me for damages to her car.

    2. My company was sued becuase a customer spilled INK that we sell all over his rugs, citing that he didn't know it would stain.

Like that idiot that sued Mcdonalds because she was fat and said they asked her if she wanted to supersize and she felt she had to?

Or the other idiot that sued because she put a cup of hot coffee between her legs and burnt herself.

I think people should have to pay for the courts and everyone else's time when they bring such frivolous lawsuits...then people would be less likely to sue for bullsh*t.

Most of the people who make our laws....are lawyers. Trial lawyers also give alot of money to these lawmakers to ensure them the right to file frivilous lawsuits.

They find an attorney who is willing to take their money and file any lawsuit, regardless of how frivolous it amy seem. This does not, however, mean that they will win.

They are all hoping to loot the deep pockets of a company.
