what is better amd athlon II x2 240 or amd athlon 7750 dual core?

Athlon II x2 240 is AM3 Athlon 7750 is AM2+, the 240 uses 30w less power @45 nm and the kuma is @65nm. the 240 has 2mb L2 cache and the kuma only has 1mb L2 cache but has 2 mb L3 cache and the 240 is 100mhz faster. its a close race, i have the kuma in an older build and it games well but is hot....and only oc's to 3.1ghz so i would say go with the 240, it will oc better and stay cooler.
