Cooling with a silicone bundt cake pan?
I'm making a bundt cake (I put it in the oven just now) and I'm wondering if there would be a different cooling time if I'm using a silicone pan. The recipe says to let it cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then flip it onto a wire rack and let it cool completely.
Should I do anything different?

i always make sure i spray it first with something like Baker's Joy or Pam for Baking; before you try to remove it, flip it upside on the plate you want to use and let it cool entirely; after it's cooled tap the pan with the end of a butter knife hard enough to shake the cake loose without messing it up. the cake will come right on out, just make sure you pull up on the pan gently.
